Corrections policy

BAO corrects material factual errors as soon as reasonably possible after they are identified. A correction must not silently change the meaning of a story.

How to report an error

Provide the article link, disputed statement and a reliable supporting source. Contact: info@bao.lt.

Labelling changes

A material correction is marked in the article with the date and a short explanation. New information that does not make the earlier text inaccurate may be labelled as an update.
