No account is required to read public BAO material, and the site intentionally does not ask for a name, phone number or precise location. The server and hosting provider may process standard technical and security logs, including IP address, browser information, request time and requested address, only as necessary to operate and protect the service.

Purposes and legal grounds

Technical data are used for site operation, abuse prevention, error diagnosis and information security. Non-essential analytics or advertising technologies may be used only after separate consent. BAO does not sell visitor data or use it for individual political or advertising profiling.

Retention and recipients

Technical logs are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for security, diagnosis and legal obligations. Trusted hosting, security and maintenance providers may process data only to the extent necessary.

You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction and complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate.
